A summer day camp program committed to serving your child’s needs. This traditional day camp fills each day with active games, special events, sports, arts and crafts, teamwork, group interaction and the wonders of nature. Salmon Brook Park has a playground, soccer fields, baseball fields, outdoor basketball hoops and picnic pavilions, and tennis courts. Your child will have the opportunity to swim in Salmon Brook Park Pond, plus go on exciting field trips, and see spectacular entertainers. All children are grouped by age/grade and all activities are age-appropriate. Camp is scheduled in one week sessions to better meet you and your child’s needs. Need to get to work early or extend your child’s time at the camp? Check out our Extended Day Program run by our Mission Adventure Camp Director.  All campers need to purchase a 2018 Salmon Brook Park Membership. The SBP Membership price includes the camp discount and swimming privileges at the pond all summer long. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE YOUR SBP MEMBERSHIP

Is your child entering grades 6-9 in the fall? They may want to try our popular camp MISSION: ADVENTURE, click here to view information for this program.

Help us better plan for your camper!
We love to see as many smiling faces each week as possible, but late sign ups make it difficult for our staff to plan activities, to make sure we have enough supplies for crafts projects and special events, and to also adequately plan for tickets and transportation for field trips.  Starting this summer there will a $15 per camper late fee for any session signed up for with less than 5 weekdays before the session start date.  For example, late registration for SBP Day Camp Session 1 begins on Monday, June 18 (camp begins on Monday, June 25).

What to Bring
Each day campers should bring a swimsuit, towel, and raingear if necessary. Campers must wear sneakers! Campers will supply their own lunches, refrigeration is not available. Water, juices, soft drinks, chips, and other snacks are available for purchase from our concession stand.

What if it rains?
Camp is held rain or shine. On rainy days campers should come prepared to stay on site. In the case of heavy or continuous rains we may bus to alternate site. However, campers should come directly to SBP in the morning even if it is raining. In severe or temporary wet weather campers will be brought inside the new Rec Center in Salmon Brook Park. The spacious, air conditioned facility is safe comfortable location for our campers to wait out a passing storm. Afternoon pickup will always be at SBP.
