Ski Sundown Wells Road After School Ski Program

Ski Sundown
The first 40 participants registered are guaranteed a spot in the program. When registering online you will be prompted to print out and complete Ski Sundown’s waiver form. This form will need to be returned to the Rec Dept within 1 week of your online registration date in order for your registration to be fully confirmed. Failure to return the signed form to the Rec Office will result in your child’s spot in the program forfeited and fee refunded. Registration (without Ski Sundown's $25 late fee) ends by November 3rd or when all available spots are taken, which ever comes first! 


Ski/Snowboard Lessons are optional. If you do not purchase a lesson your child does not receive any instruction from Ski Sundown staff or our parent chaperones.

Ski Program Notes and Policies
Please read the following info on registration, refunds, and our behavior policy. You must answer yes that you have read and understand the policies to proceed with this registration.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED to 40 students on a first come, first served basis.

SKI SUNDOWN'S REFUND POLICY: Full refund will be given if request is made by the Group Leader and received by Ski Sundown prior to January 2, 2024. No refunds or credits will be given after this date unless the protection policy criteria are met. The protection policy is added to your program at no cost and will reimburse the price of your program on a prorated basis in the event of injury or illness that prevents your child from completing the program. The illness or injury must be confirmed by a letter from a licensed physician, and the refund request must be received from the Group Leader by March 15, 2024. No refund
requests will be accepted after this date.

RULES

1. ANY STUDENT WHO IS MISBEHAVING, DISRESPECTFUL, USING VULGARITIES, OR ANY OTHER DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR, OR WHO, IN THE GROUP LEADER’S OPINION, IS DETRIMENTAL TO THE TRIP, WILL BE BANNED FROM THE PROGRAM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR THESE REASONS. IT IS ALSO THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN TO THE BUS AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A SUSPENSION FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT A REFUND

2. Skiers will not be allowed back into the school when they return from Ski Sundown.

3. Granby Rec's Wells Road School Ski Bus will leave Sundown at 8:00PM. It is the parent’s responsibility to be at the school parking lot no later than 8:30pm to pick their child up. Skier will forfeit package if parent can not comply.

Additional Program Notes
1. Wells Road students will be picked up at their school! Drop off your children in the morning at school with their equipment & pick them at 8:30PM at their school.
2. We will be staying at Ski Sundown until 8PM.
3. We will be transporting the students at Wells Road School via motor coach.
