January 17th 6:30-8 pm Thursday: Hand-lettered Pencil Pouch or Tote Bag;   $34per person.  In this class, you will learn hand-lettering techniques including basic script, laying out quotes, varying fonts, establishing mood and more. You'll then apply these techniques to create your own hand-lettered quote and then transfer to your case or tote. Each guest artist will receive a canvas style pencil/makeup bag or tote bag to hand-letter and take home, along with a basic lettering workbook. Come with some quote ideas or inspiration and we'll do the rest together!  



February 7th 6:30-8:30  Thursday: Wooden Flower Barn Board Heart $52 per person
One of the Joy & Wit signature crafts, the DIY Barn Heart sign is always a crowd pleaser. This is a great "gateway" craft to give your not-so-crafty friends a taste for all things DIY. In this class, you'll customize a barnboard-style slat sign by first choosing stain, paint or dry-brush technique - or truly be a rebel and go for the natural wood look. Then go "shopping" for hearts and choose the sizes, colors, and textures that match your home decor. Choose the heart-style or pick another design that's more to your liking. Bring your creativity, snacks/refreshments and a bottle of wine to share with your friends or make new ones!


March 7th 6:30-9:30 Thursday: Custom Family Sign $65per person
Joy & Wit has partnered with local sign artist, Meg Bunz of Simply Signs of Granby to offer this fun class. You will design, and bring to life your own family sign. Choose your colors and font and leave with a perfect accent for your home or the perfect gift for the person on your list who seems to have everything. Sign night at Joy & Wit is a popular way to relax with friends, so bring a bottle of wine, snacks and finger foods for your table and enjoy the evening! Please note: registration for this class ends 3-days prior to the class.


April 11th 5-6:30 Thursday:  Parent and Me; Make Your own Canvas Easter Tote $24 per child Parent (or special person) and me class.  Gather with other children and families for this festive class where you will create a customized canvas bag.  A wonderful way to welcome spring and you’ll be left with memories of some fun activities and a cool craft to help gather your treats.


May 2nd 6:30-8:30 Thursday: Custom Wooden Flower Arrangement $42 per person
Freshen up your spring decor with this adorable centerpiece. Join us in the Joy & Wit Studio as we work with beautiful wooden flowers to create a rustic centerpiece in the colors of your choice. The best part of this piece is that wooden flowers never wilt, so you can use it year after year! As always, feel free to make it a girl's night out by inviting your friends and bringing snacks and drinks of your choice
