Increase aerobic fitness and stamina! Did you know that Badminton is the number two "participation sport" in the world?  It is second only to soccer in popularity.  Increase aerobic fitness and stamina by participating in this weekly program.  Granby Resident, Roger Young, will provide coaching consisting of racket grip, proper racket strokes, court movement, correct bird stance, score keeping, correct court coverage by player and partner, exercise info., and history and facts of badminton.

This program is for all skill levels and all equipment is provided! Come join on us on Thursday nights from 7-9 pm at GMHS. See you there!
