Did you know that Badminton is the number two "participation sport" in the world?  It is second only to soccer in popularity.  Increase aerobic fitness and stamina by participating in this weekly program.  Faster than a game of tennis, players can burn 600-1000 calories an hour!   

Granby Resident, Roger Young, will provide coaching consisting of racket grip, proper racket strokes, court movement, correct bird stance, score keeping, correct court coverage by player and partner, exercise info., and history and facts of badminton.

This program is for all skill levels.  Come enjoy not only the social aspects of team play but also the fantastic health benefits of a great cardio workout!
