Salmon Brook Park Membership
Open for Lifeguarded Swimming throughout the summer BEGINNING JUNE 19
Salmon Brook Park Memberships are required for anyone participating in the Salmon Brook Park Day Camp or Mission: Adventure programs. The membership also includes daily swimming privileges during operating hours. Individual or Family Memberships are available. Salmon Brook Park Swimming Facility is a man-made pond fed by a deep well and springs in the pond bottom. The Pond has a sandy beach and bottom with a gradual descent, ideal for young children. All Park Staff is trained in First Aid and CPR and have required Lifeguard certifications. Water quality is tested periodically by the Farmington Valley Health District.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 11:00 AM-4:00 PM
Thursdays & Fridays, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays & Sundays: 12Noon—4PM
Granby Residents: Adults $5, Youth (2-17) & Seniors $4
Non-Residents: Adults $10, Youth (2-17) & Seniors $8
Granby Recreation Department will be following the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Health’s Guidelines for Recreational Areas and Beaches. Patrons are encouraged to maintain social distance and keep six feet of distance between groups, wear a mask when entering, exiting and walking around the facility, and continue with good hygiene practices. The locker rooms will not be open for changing so please come ready to swim. There will be public restrooms open outside the area of the beach.
