Partner Yoga brings people together through movement, play, breath and touch. It is a wonderful way to build stronger communication, trust and intimacy in any kind of relationship, whether it is friendship, a family member or your significant other. Yoga postures and flow sequences are designed to create and nurture trust, strengthen communication and create a sense of light heartedness and fun! Some yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary...a sense of adventure and an openness to new experiences is essential! Space is limited. The practice will be led by Laura Fetzer ERYT-200.
