Gentle Restorative Yoga Wednesdays!
Wind down from your day with a relaxing yoga practice! Restful yoga for stress relief. We begin with warm up stretches and then move in to deep breathing combined with supported restorative yoga poses which will facilitate a great night's sleep and release deeply held tension. Modifications offered for individual comfort and/or to accommodate past injury. This practice uses props to support us comfortably. Please bring a blanket (or 2), a pillow or yoga bolster, and any other items to support your practice. Rachel Little is the instructor for this awesome class! **No class July 7th.
